When purchasing from ViVo Glass you understand and agree to the following:

• All items for sale are intended for tobacco use by adults of legal smoking age
• Any damage or problems to shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products. Return authorization is required for all returns
• Each item we sell is handcrafted and unique, resulting in small variances with color and size.

All items are proudly hand-made in the USA.  We are loyal to distributing exclusively American-made glass pieces.  We keep most items in stock and ship your order as soon as possible. If we are out of stock on any item, we will notify you of the expected arrival date. Please let us know if you would like anything gift wrapped!
